- Practicing attorney for six years concentrating in Illinois Secretary of State administrative hearings, general civil practice, family law and criminal defense and related matters.
- Represent clients in Illinois Secretary of State Administrative Hearings for provisional and full reinstatement of driving privileges on temporary and permanent basis. Utilize extensive knowledge of Secretary of State protocols for formal and informal hearings, including knowledge of Secretary of State hearing requirements, clinical assessments, required documentation and required proof of completion of treatment. - Draft and file executive clemency petitions involving research of criminal history, compilation of official documents from various court jurisdictions, FBI and Illinois State Police, extensive collaboration with client to draft client's personal essay, review, revise and edit essay with client, ensure compliance with strict filing criteria and deadlines.
- Draft articles of incorporation documents for a variety of businesses.
