The general heading "Family Law" covers a wide range of legal areas.  My specific areas of practice within the practice of Family Law are: divorce, child support enforcement and defense, child custody and visitation and parentage.  Whether the issues present themselves in conjunction with a divorce or post decree, after the divorce, does not matter, as the issue may potentially be addressed by the court.  Many times these areas of practice are intricately connected, in other instances, a client may need to address only one issue.
