My practice areas include Administrative Law, Family Law, general Civil Law and Criminal Law.
The administrative work I do includes assisting individuals obtain driving privileges in Illinois, Secretary of State formal and informal hearings, as well as FOID (Firearm Owner's Identification) card petitions and appeals in Chancery Court, expungements, sealing of records and Executive Clemency Petitions.
My Family Law practice is wide in scope and includes contested and uncontested dissolution of marriage, or divorce, and legal separations as well as the representation of clients with post decree matters that arise after the judgment for dissolution has been entered, including child support enforcement and modification, custody and visitation issues and enforcement of judgments.
General Civil Law is an area that is very broad. My practice in this area includes business incorporations and contract disputes among others.
Criminal Law is also a practice area that encompasses many smaller specialties. I practice specifically in the areas of driving under the influence, or DUI, theft and drug cases, assault, battery, and traffic matters.
My office is conveniently located in Mount Prospect, Illinois and I travel to court houses in Kane, Lake, Will, McHenry and DuPage counties as well as all courthouses in Cook County, Illinois. I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express and participate in and accept legal matters for members of Signature LegalCare Plan.
